2. Panning : is to capture a moving object while its just focused on the
3. Architectural Photography: its best will convey the experience of being in and around a built environment
4. Sports and Action Photography: is all about timing. Its about reacting. Its about being in the right place at the right time and its about execute. Understanding the timing of these predictable actions allows you to capture the peak moment, when the action is most dramatic.
5. Portrait photography: the focus of the photograph is the person’s face, although the entire body and the background may be included. A portrait is generally not a snapshot, but a composed image of a person in a still position. A portrait often shows a person looking directly at the camera.
6. Spread: Its two pages and it connects both together.
7. Pica: Its makes the picture the size that you want it as the box in the spread.
8. Eyeline: Its strats from looking at the biggest picture then it goes from right, bottom, then left back to the center.
9. Dominant photo: Everything is focused on that picture while everything surronding it combines it together.
10. Caption: Tells the story of the picture.
11. Internal Margins: The sizes and how its supposed to be placed
12. News Elements: a simple, clear statement that makes up the first paragraph or two of your story. It advertised what is coming in the story. It is sometimes spelled lede.
Immediate identification: This lead focuses on the “who” when it comes to the six basic questions. Use this approach when someone important is making news.
Delayed identification: In this lead, the “who” is not immediately identified by name. Instead, the “who” is identified by an occupation, city or job title. Use this approach when the person involved has little name recognition among readers.Summary: The lead in this case is a synopsis of two or more actions. Reporters who deal with several important elements may choose to sum up what happened rather than highlight a specific action. His is one type of lead where a general statement is preferable to a specific action.
Multiple elements: This lead reports on two or more newsworthy elements. In some stories, choosing one theme is too restrictive. A multiple-element lead allows the reporter to work more information into the first paragraph.
Leads with flair: Use this type of lead when you want to emphasize novelty. It deviates slightly from the inverted pyramid approach.

Portrait and self-portrait tips and ideas
Portrait and Self-Portrait
Tips
Environmental PortraitsTips
Portraits are about people. Environmental portraits are about people and what they do with their lives. They are about the kind of house a person lives in and how they decorate it; about what kind of work they do and where they do it; about the surroundings they choose and the things they surround themselves with. Environmental portraits seek to convey an idea about a person by combining portraiture with a sense of place.
The Casual Portrait
Wherever you are with your camera, always be on the lookout for those moments when a person's character shines though. If you have a formal portrait session with someone, make some frames of him while he straightens his tie or while she brushes her hair before the formal sitting. Walk back to the car with her and shoot her on the street. If you are on a spring picnic with the family, look for that moment of bliss when your wife leans back, sated, to enjoy the caress of the warm sun. If you're on the street, look for the impatient expression on a pedestrian's face as he waits for the light to change. Always be on the lookout for the telling moment. Every person has a story, and every picture should tell part of that story.
Environmental Portrait
The reason i chose this picture was because it showed how this three people living is to entertain the people out in the streets and enjoy what they love to do. i love how the whole audience is in black and white while the dancing group are the only ones in color.

The reason i like this picture is because shes vintage and she works as in selling shoes. i love how she had the big shoe representing the money she owns in tips. She puts the shoe out towards the camera to make the point.
Photography Self Portrait
Photography Self Portrait
I like how she puts the camera out infront of her. it captures the floor the walls and her to show that everything combines together. also it show how shes coming towards the camera.
i like how in this picture they captured them self taking a picture by the reflection of some ball on the ground. it captured the trees sky and the whole background of them which makes this picture really good.
Casual Portrait
I chose this picture because i like how she just looks relax as in she doesn't have to pose or anything. And she looks very casual.
i picked this picture because drake looks super casual and looks very relaxed, also as in Marylin does too.
Portrait Assignment
who will you shoot: other people around school
where will you shoot, in the school in and outside.
and what will you do to make the shot successful; use of the rules to make it better and make them focused with enough light to go in.
